This isn't 100% accurate but it's not bad - I should know: I was Fry's employee #18 (service tech) back in 1986 at the very 1st location in Sunnyvale... and NO, the 1st store was not the warehouse on Arques Ave.
I could tell you STORIES. Like the hilarious inventory mgmt... the bingo-based sales... the hot dog & Coke days... the chip wars with other shops...
