The #frosting turned out thin (with less than 600 grams of powdered sugar) and did not hold between the layers, but other than that, it is nice: tasty, good texture. Perhaps the next time I will try reducing butter and cream cheese in the frosting, so that there is less of' frosting, but more firm, so all of it can be applied to the cake. I vaguely hoped that carrot cakes can be relatively healthy, but was disillusioned after actually checking out the recipes: they are mostly sugar, supported by oil and flour.
