Il secondo capo di imputazione per Rocchi
Nel secondo capo d’imputazione lo scenario si allarga. Rocchi, scrive il pm, “quale designatore in concorso con più persone presso lo stadio San Siro, durante la gara di andata di Coppa Italia (2 aprile 2025), ‘combinava’ o ‘schermava’ la designazione del direttore di gara Daniele Doveri, ponendolo alla direzione della semifinale del torneo (23 aprile 2025) onde assicurare poi all’Inter direzioni di gara diverse dal ‘poco gradito’ Doveri per la eventuale successiva finale di Coppa Italia e per il resto delle partite del campionato di serie A” che erano di “maggiore interesse per la squadra milanese”.
Il caso Var
Infine, il terzo capo d’imputazione è riferito a Udinese-Parma dell’uno marzo 2025 quando “in qualità di supervisore Var, in concorso con altre persone, durante lo svolgimento della partita condizionava l’addetto Var Daniele Paterna inducendolo all'On Field Review il direttore di gara Fabio Maresca ai fini dell’assegnazione del calcio di rigore a favore della squadra friulana, sebbene Paterna fosse di diverso avviso”.

The VAR Case
Finally, the third charge relates to Udinese-Parma on March 1, 2025 when “as a VAR supervisor, in conspiracy with other people, during the conduct of the match, he influenced the VAR operator Daniele Paterna inducing him to the On Field Review of referee Fabio Maresca in order to assign the penalty kick in favor of the Friulian team, although Paterna was of a different opinion.”

AGI - Si ferma dopo cinque vittorie consecutive la corsa del Como di Fabregas in Serie A. I lariani non vanno oltre lo 0-0 sul campo dell'Udinese, al termine di una partita con ritmi bassi, poche occasioni e condizionata anche dal caldo. Per i friulani, saldamente a metà classifica, arriva un pareggio di prestigio contro la squadra più in forma del campionato.

AGI - Un imprenditore di Pordenone, Mario Ruoso, 87 anni, è stato trovato morto nella sua abitazione di Porcia di Pordenone. L'anziano era una figura e una voce storica della città, nella quale aveva fondato anche l'emittente televisiva Telepordenone. Inoltre era proprietario del Garage Venezia e collezionista di auto d'epoca. Il ritrovamento del corpo ha fatto scattare l'intervento delle forze dell'ordine. Sul posto, agenti della Polizia di Stato con il personale della polizia scientifica, impegnati negli accertamenti per chiarire le cause del decesso che sembra non conducano a un gesto autolesionistico.
Ferita sospetta
L'uomo, secondo quanto si è appreso, ha una ferita al capo. È stato un suo parente stretto a dare l'allarme e a chiamare le forze dell'ordine. Sul posto, oltre al personale sanitario, sono al lavoro gli agenti della Polizia assieme agli esperti della Scientifica assieme al medico legale Antonello Cirnelli chiamato dalla Procura per chiarire le cause del decesso. Al momento non si esclude alcuna pista di indagine.
Ruoso è personaggio molto noto nella zona per essere stato uno dei primi imprenditori friulani a investire nel settore delle televisioni private. L'emittente, dopo decenni di intensa attività, ha chiuso. Cavaliere del lavoro, Ruoso era il proprietario del Garage Venezia uno dei più longevi saloni per la vendita di automobili del Friuli Venezia Giulia.
