Scrub, then cut 🍠 , let soak in water for 30min.
Boil in salt water for 15, drain and let cool. They keep over night in a not too humid and warm place.
Deep fry at 175 Celsius for 5min, let cool.
Forget to tell parents they aren’t finished yet, realise after coming back from work they polished’em off (1.5 kilos fresh) and declared them delicious.
