We hired a new Dev manager after seeing my office and he and I had a giant aside about new trek, old trek, best trek. I'm trying to turn him into another #FriendOfDeSoto . We'll get there.

Given the current furor over reddit and the changes they are making to their API pricing, I'm wondering if there would be a use for #FriendOfDeSoto #lemmy server? I'm probably asking in the wrong group. But I'm curious if it is something that would be useful to the admins of the @GreatestTrek subreddit in the future...
howiecohenAt my CERT training class today I wore my Terok Nor tee shirt. At one point the guy in front of me asked "Is that a Deep Space 9 tee?" and I said, "Well, sort of." Later, the instructor was talking about stopping bleeding in body parts and said "...joints and groins..erm, groin." The guy in front of me turns around & says "GroinS for Klingons" which is EXACTLY what I was already thinking. Not a #FriendOfDesoto when I asked later but I gave him the info on the pod to check it out. #GreatestTrek
