I’ve gotten a box of very ripe #bananas, which I can’t eat fast enough before they go overripe.
Can I freeze bananas (without the peel)? What’s the best way to do it? Whole or in slices? Is there anything in particular I need to bear in mind?
Would be nice if I had portions for banana shakes, banana bread etc. for later.

Can anyone in Calgary recommend a good place to buy a new/reliable/3-5 cu ft freezer (upright or chest). Don't need designer/smart, just a functioning appliance. Researching at the moment, not in immediate need.
