Bradley Rettler makes a point that more people need to hear: if we hand more and more of the reasoning over to LLMs, we may slowly weaken our own ability to think. The danger is not just bad outputs. It is centralised thought, in which a few firms shape how millions think.

He ties that to money, too. Most people have no meaningful say in how fiat is created or managed. Rettler calls that "monetary domination". Bitcoin offers a radically different model: open rules, voluntary participation, and the ability to verify for yourself by running a node.

That is why Bitcoin is bigger than price. It pushes back against control, both intellectual and monetary.

Is this the real split now: outsourced thought on one side, self-sovereign money on the other?
