The #Longturn community is pleased to announce the release of #Freeciv21 v3.1.0. After over 2 years of development efforts, we have our official second full stable release! You can check it out here: https://github.com/longturn/freeciv21/releases/tag/v3.1.0.
The snap package has been updated on the stable channel and the Windows, Debian and macOS packages are with the release as typical. Other packages will be updated over the next days. Enjoy!
The 52nd issue of the Finnish magazine @saku, released today, contains a 17-page story about #Suomipeli2024, a #Freeciv21 longturn game hosted by the #Longturn community during the winter season.
Starting on page 47, the story recounts how the game was played from start to finish from the perspective of three different players.
