Coming to the end of my spontaneous hack weekend - it's good news. I've got mainline linux kernel with gentoo PPC64 base system.
Had to sort of make a custom setup by cloning stage3 archive into a partition and then setting the kernel to boot there.

Not super familiar with gentoo (but it has a ppc port) so just trying to work out how to use the package manager...

#BadUpdate is a "#tethered" exploit and it only allows running games and unsigned code. You can run #Homebrew and custom launchers this way but that's not gonna help re: #OS1337!

• It does not replace #RGH3 as "hard mod" (which nowadays is chipless and only requires a #PiPico for #flashing in return, and that's needed for #XeLL aka "Xenon Linux Loader" to run #Linux on the #Xbox360.

Including the #Free60 Live-DVD!

• Best bet is still to buy a #360Slim and follow @MrMario2011 , #ModdedWarfare and espechally #WeekendModder's tutorials for #modding…

• I have about half a dozen I got at the end of the 7th gen era for next to nothing and I think having a minimalist distro to do some data recovery is desireable.

I have the xenon as architecture on my target architecture list.
