Ich habe in #Koeln ein Carsharing-Auto auf einem Park & Ride Parkplatz der #KVB abgestellt. Jetzt verlangt #Free2Move von mir 100 Euro Strafe (Parken auf Privatparkplatz) sowie die KVB 35,10 Euro, weil sie unliebsamen Carsharing-Autos das Parken dort plötzlich untersagt. Mit einem privaten PKW dürfte ich dort aber parken, wenn ich die Bahn benutze.

Wie kann ich dagegen vorgehen? Hat jemand von euch Erfahrung?

LMaoooooooooo I am pretty sure that #free2move #dc is double-charging sales tax.

Their "usage fee" line item on the invoice is always 10% higher than the app-advertised usage fee.

But there's also an extra line item of 10.25% sales tax

See screenshots for my example 1-hr rental being charged $25.29 "usage fee" instead of $22.99 - with penny rounding, exactly 10% higher than advertised
