Israeli MK Meirav Cohen, speaking in the Knesset, warned that the rise in settler violence in the West Bank against Palestinians is a serious and dangerous threat not only to Palestinians but also to the State of Israel. She stressed that such violence cannot be justified as self-defense, calling it "Jewish terrorism".

UC Berkeley settled an antisemitism lawsuit, agreeing to pay $1 million in legal fees and to implement mandatory antisemitism and anti-discrimination training for students, faculty and staff, and to create a Title VI officer to oversee future antisemitism investigations.

Considering that the supposed antisemitic incidents on campus involved anti-genocide and pro-Palestine protests, and that the university is using the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism, which conflates criticism of Israel with antisemitism, it seems highly likely that the new "antisemitism and anti-discrimination" training they're going to impose on students and staff will serve to punish and silence voices that criticize Israel and support Palestine.
