Manchmal ähnelt die Arbeit als #Trainer diesem Bild. Ich beobachte ganz viele Talente, Fähigkeiten, gute Einsichten bei den Mitarbeitenden und sehe gleichzeitig, wie sie im Hierarchie-Mikado bis zur Unwirksamkeit feststecken.

Schön ist es dann immer, wenn man einen dicken Klotz nur ein kleines Wenig bewegen konnte und auf einmal ganz viele andere ihre Beweglichkeit und Wirksamkeit wiederfinden.
