(Adnkronos) - “Grazie a questo percorso abbiamo sostanzialmente rivoluzionato sia il nostro modo di fare azienda, sia nella ricerca di nuovi clienti. Abbiamo portato avanti un percorso di informazione sui prodotti diverso rispetto allo standard applicato da tutte le aziende farmaceutiche, accettando anche il rischio che potesse rivelarsi non corretto per noi. In realtà la società, già solida prima ma in una situazione stagnante, è cresciuta sia in termini di fatturato che di clienti che di personale”. E' quanto riferito da Roberta Russo, Ceo Vanda Omeopatici, partecipando alla prima edizione del Metodo Merenda Business Awards 2026, l'evento nazionale dedicato alla valorizzazione, alla formazione e alla crescita strategica delle Piccole e Medie Imprese italiane, svoltosi a Palazzo Mezzanotte a Milano.
“Abbiamo conosciuto il metodo Merenda durante il periodo del Covid, quando cercavamo un approccio diverso da applicare alla nostra realtà farmaceutica. Normalmente ci basavamo sul contatto diretto con il medico, un sistema che non potevamo seguire nel periodo della pandemia. La ricerca di un nuovo percorso ci ha portati al Metodo Merenda: nei video di Frank che abbiamo visto abbiamo ritrovato concetti nei quali ci rispecchiavamo come realtà aziendale", sottolinea.
"Abbiamo quindi seguito tutti i corsi online trasmessi durante quel periodo e, successivamente, abbiamo seguito tutto quello che loro hanno proposto perché in ogni corso trovavamo almeno un elemento utile da poter applicare e che avesse un impatto diretto quasi immediato - spiega - L'evento a cui stiamo partecipando è diverso dai soliti che frequentiamo tramite il metodo Merenda e lo trovo un'iniziativa molto interessante. Spero che venga riproposto anche negli anni prossimi e che possano partecipare anche tanti altri studenti del metodo”, conclude.

We have pursued an information path about products different from the standard applied by all pharmaceutical companies, also accepting the risk that it might not be correct for us. In reality, the company, already solid before but in a stagnant situation, has grown in terms of turnover, clients, and personnel.” This was stated by Roberta Russo, CEO of Vanda Omeopatici, participating in the first edition of the Metodo Merenda Business Awards 2026, the national event dedicated to the valorization, training, and strategic growth of Italian Small and Medium Enterprises, held at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan.

“We came to know the Merenda method during the Covid period, when we were looking for an approach to apply to our pharmaceutical reality. Normally, we relied on direct contact with the doctor, a system that we couldn’t follow during the pandemic. The search for a new path led us to the Merenda Method: in Frank’s videos that we saw, we found concepts that reflected our company reality,” she emphasizes.

“We therefore followed all the online courses transmitted during that period and, subsequently, we followed everything they proposed because in every course we found at least one element useful to be able to apply and that had a nearly immediate direct impact – she explains. This event is different from the usual ones we attend through the Merenda method and I find it a very interesting initiative. I hope that it will be repeated in the coming years and that many other Merenda method students can participate,” she concludes.
