Il Tempo: Nel Lazio divieto di lavorare nelle ore più calde. Vale fino al 15 settembre ma non per tutti
Con l'arrivo del caldo estivo e il conseguente aumento delle temperature, nel Lazio anche quest'anno scatta il divieto di lavorare nelle ore centrali della giornata. Lo ha deciso la Regione, con un'ordinanza firmata dal presidente Francesco Rocca, che proibisce il lavoro in condizioni di esposizione prolungata al sole, dalle 12.30 alle 16, con efficacia immediata e fino al 15 settembre prossimo. In particolare, la Giunta Rocca interviene per migliorare le condizioni di lavoro di alcune categorie professionali. L'ordinanza si applica su tutto il territorio regionale nelle aree interessate dallo svolgimento di attività nei settori agricolo e florovivaistico, nei cantieri edili, nelle cave e relative pertinenze esterne, nella logistica di piazzale e nelle attività di consegna di beni per conto terzi in ambito urbano, anche tramite velocipedi o veicoli a due ruote a motore. Il limite vale esclusivamente nei giorni in cui la mappa del rischio del sistema "Worklimate", riferita ai lavoratori esposti al sole con attività fisica intensa alle 12, indica un livello di rischio "alto". L'ordinanza non si applica alle Pubbliche amministrazioni, ai concessionari di pubblici servizi quando eseguano interventi di pubblica utilità, di protezione civile.
La tutela della salute e della sicurezza dei lavoratori "prima di tutto: anche quest'anno interveniamo con tempestività per proteggere chi svolge attività particolarmente esposte alle alte temperature e ai rischi legati alle ondate di calore - dichiara il presidente della Regione Lazio Francesco Rocca - Un atto di responsabilità e di civiltà, che mette al centro la salvaguardia delle persone e la dignità del lavoro". La Regione Lazio "continuerà a monitorare con attenzione l'evoluzione delle condizioni climatiche, adottando ogni misura necessaria per garantire sicurezza e prevenzione". Sin dai prossimi giorni, sottolinea il governatore, "convocheremo un tavolo con le organizzazioni sindacali, le associazioni di categoria e tutte le istituzioni coinvolte al fine di monitorare, e qualora si renda necessario attuare l'ordinanza, con ulteriori misure".

With the arrival of the summer heat and the consequent increase in temperatures, in the Lazio region, this year also, a ban on working during the central hours of the day will come into effect. The Region has decided this with an order signed by President Francesco Rocca, which prohibits work under prolonged exposure to the sun, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, with immediate effect and until September 15th of this year. Specifically, the Rocca administration is intervening to improve the working conditions of certain professional categories. The order applies throughout the entire regional territory in areas where activities are carried out in the agricultural and floricultural sectors, construction sites, quarries and related external facilities, logistics at piazzale (loading area), and activities delivering goods on behalf of third parties in urban areas, even by bicycle or two-wheeled motor vehicles. The limit applies exclusively on days when the "Worklimate" risk map, referring to workers exposed to the sun with intense physical activity at 12:00, indicates a "high" risk level. The order does not apply to public administrations or service concessionaires when carrying out public works or civil protection activities.
The protection of worker health and safety "is first of all: this year too, we are intervening promptly to protect those who carry out activities particularly exposed to high temperatures and the risks associated with heatwaves" - declares the President of the Region of Lazio, Francesco Rocca - "An act of responsibility and of civility, which puts the safeguarding of people and the dignity of work at its center." The Region of Lazio "will continue to monitor the evolution of climatic conditions with care, adopting all necessary measures to ensure safety and prevention." Starting in the coming days, the governor emphasizes, “we will convene a table with trade unions, professional associations, and all the institutions involved in order to monitor, and if necessary, implement the order with further measures."

All'incontro nella Sala Tevere hanno preso parte il presidente del club giallazzurro, Maurizio Stirpe, insieme alla dirigenza, allo staff tecnico e a tutta la prima squadra, alla presenza di esponenti della giunta e del consiglio regionali. Il presidente Stirpe ha donato al governatore Rocca una maglia giallazzurra personalizzata con la scritta "Rocca 10" e autografata da tutti i calciatori della rosa.

"Questa vittoria è la più bella che ho ottenuto nella mia carriera sportiva", ha dichiarato il presidente del Frosinone, Maurizio Stirpe, celebrando il salto di categoria. "È un successo ottenuto attraverso un modo di cui si parla sempre nei convegni, ma che nessuno applica sul campo. Più che la vittoria in sé, conta il modello seguito per trasformare in realtà quello che sembrava un sogno. Alla squadra non avevo chiesto risultati, ma un'identità fondata su quattro pilastri: amore per il territorio, passione per il lavoro, coraggio di assumersi le responsabilità e umiltà".

The meeting in the Tevere Room was attended by the president of the giallazzurro (yellow-black) club, Maurizio Stirpe, along with the management, technical staff, and the entire first team, in the presence of regional government and council representatives.
