ÉricMSM🇧🇪🥾🚆🚊🌼🐑🐞📷🇫🇷 L'Argousier (Hippophae rhamnoides) est un arbuste épineux que l'on trouve en Europe (essentiellement dans le nord et le centre) et en Asie.
En Allemagne et au Danemark, on en trouve beaucoup autour de la Baltique sur les côtes. J'en ai déjà vu à la côte belge aussi.
Les petits baies oranges peuvent se consommer en jus, en gelée ou confiture, en sirop pour agrémenter les yaourts et sont riches en vitamine C.
A ne pas confondre avec l'arbousier!
🇬🇧 The sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) is a thorny shrub found in (mainly Northern and Central) Europe and Asia.
In Germany and Denmark, it can be found on the coasts of the Baltic Sea. I remember having see it also on the Belgian Coast.
The small orange berries can be used for juice, jelly or jam, in syrup to enhance yogurts and are rich in vitamin C.
Not to be confused with arbutus!
