Often saw Connery on the red carpet on opening night for the film festival. For a while the opening gala was in the Cineworld in #Fountainbridge , right next to where he lived as a boy.
Often wondered what he was thinking, standing on the red carpet, in front of the cameras, but looking at the streets he used to walk, where he worked as a youngster. Must have been peculiar.
