Are you a maker or into 3D printing? Come hang out with Chris and me along with other fellow makers. It doesn’t matter what your experience level is. Everyone is welcome.

Our next meetup is Monday, March 16th at Formula Brewing in Issaquah.

I’ll also be showing off this 3D printed R2D2 that I made.

Another week, another round of #luckyenvbrewing. This time around, we are previewing their latest Hefeweizen, their newest Idaho 7 IPA, a Horchata inspired Cinnamon Stout, a collaboration 10º Austrian Lager with #lowercasebrewingcompany, and #formulabrewingcompany, and finally a Watermelon Sour Ale. . . . More on #luckyenvbrewing Hefeweizen Out of the can, Hefeweizen produces a strong, off-white head, resting on a pool of dark gold haziness. Receding, there remains a wreath of lacing inside the glass. Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of cloves and subtle banana. Sipping, we get an overall honey and pear character, accented by cooking spice, some banana, and some phenolic. Overall, Hefeweizen has a mild to medium mouthfeel on the palate, some alcoholic warmth, and a lingering cloying character. . . . More on #luckyenvbrewing Echelon 10º Austrian Lager Out of the can, Echelon produces an initially hefty amount of of shaving cream-white head resting on a crystal clear pool of dark gold. Receding, there remains a wreath of lacing inside the glass and scattered islands of lacing on the surface. Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of hazelnuts, honey, some cooking herbs, and some baked bread. Sipping, we recover notes of honey, some floral cooking herbs, and a hint of spices. Overall, Echelon has a mild to medium mouthfeel, some alcoholic warmth, and a cloying character that lingers on the palate. . . .
