AGI - Due possibili episodi di violenza sessuale di gruppo ai danni di una ragazza sono al centro di un'indagine dei carabinieri di Cesena, coordinata dalla Procura di Forlì.
Le indagini dei carabinieri di Cesena
I fatti risalgono ai primi di aprile, quando la vittima, ospite in casa di conoscenti, per gli investigatori è stata costretta a subire abusi approfittando di uno stato di alterazione dovuto all’assunzione di sostanze.
Sette giovani indagati
La ragazza ha riportato lesioni giudicate guaribili in circa dieci giorni; gli episodi sarebbero stati anche ripresi con telefoni cellulari. Dall’attività investigativa, che ha portato a individuare e denunciare sette ragazzi tra i 19 e i 25 anni, sono scattate perquisizioni eseguite il 10 aprile con il supporto del Nucleo cinofili di Bologna.
Sequestri e arresti a Cesena
Nel corso dei controlli sono stati sequestrati 15 smartphone e modiche quantità di stupefacenti; due indagati sono stati segnalati alla Prefettura come consumatori. Nel corso dell’operazione è stato arrestato un 23enne per detenzione ai fini di spaccio, resistenza e lesioni a pubblico ufficiale, oltre che di detenzione illegale di munizioni e porto di oggetti atti ad offendere.
Un arresto per droga
Nella sua abitazione i militari hanno sequestrato oltre mezzo chilo di hashish, circa 30 grammi di cocaina, un bilancino di precisione, un caricatore con proiettili e un dissuasore elettrico.
Il giovane ha tentato di disfarsi di parte della droga lanciandola nel fiume Savio e avrebbe aggredito i militari, causando lievi ferite a uno di loro. L'arresto è stato convalidato dal giudice del tribunale di Forlì, che ha disposto la custodia cautelare in carcere. Le indagini sono in corso.

Seven young suspects
The girl sustained injuries deemed curable in about ten days; the episodes were also filmed with cell phones. From the investigative activity, which led to the identification and reporting of seven young men between the ages of 19 and 25, searches were carried out on April 10 with the support of the Canine Unit of Bologna.
Seizures and arrests in Cesena
During the checks, 15 smartphones and small quantities of narcotics were seized; two suspects were reported to the Prefect as consumers. During the operation, a 23-year-old was arrested for possession with intent to sell, resistance, injuries to public officials, as well as illegal possession of ammunition and possession of offensive objects.
A drug arrest
In his home, the military seized over half a kilo of hashish, approximately 30 grams of cocaine, a precision scale, a magazine with bullets and an electric deterrent.
The young man attempted to discard part of the drugs by throwing them into the Savio River and allegedly attacked the military, causing minor injuries to one of them. The arrest was validated by the judge of the Forlì court, who ordered preventive custody in prison. The investigations are ongoing.
