Markhamia lutea, commonly known as #Musambya Tree is a fast-growing, evergreen tree native to East Africa, often growing 10–15m tall with bright yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers. It is highly valued for durable, termite-resistant timber, firewood, and medicinal uses, including treatments for skin, stomach, and inflammatory issues.

🔥✨ Wishes, wonder & a little Forest School magic ✨🔥
Last week, our Forest School fire became something truly special. Each child carefully placed their pinecone into the flames, carrying a wish for the new year. As they burned, the different natural coatings transformed the fire into dancing colours – a beautiful reminder that every child’s hopes and ideas are unique.
