Last night's dinner was store bought Okra, Lentils and Brown Rice (that I sprout using a GABA setting on my rice cooker) combined with homegrown raddish (leaves and root), two types of home grown amaranth (pictured), and some home grown Everglades Tomatoes.

Not pictured is another bed I just started that will be Okra, Squash, Cranberry Beans, and put a few Pigeon Peas in the middle but may not let them grow. Ive got a lot of other pigeon peas planted not in the beds. Also need to transplant some of our Marigold to the second bed.
