@ConorMahood Try to avoid microwaving your food in plastic containers (lunchboxes, rice pouches and the like). #MicrowaveSafe just means the container won't melt when heated; the migration of minute quantities of plastic to your food as it heats is much more nuanced.
Transfer the food to pyrex or ceramic containers instead. A plastic cover is ok if it's not in direct contact with the food.
