trainguyromYesterday I ran in the Railrunner #5k at the Illinois Railway Museum, then spent several hours wandering the museum afterwards. Today do you think I did the smart thing and rest while I worked? No of course not! I spent the entire 8+ hour work day at my standing desk and now I'm sore as heck!
I need to train more for next year though! Those painted spikes and lengths of rail for top finishers in each age group would be pretty cool to win!
