Asymptomatic BRVO
A superior nasal branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) is usually asymptomatic, as the macula is typically spared. These cases are often identified incidentally during routine examination. Fluorescein angiography (FA) reveals localized capillary nonperfusion in the affected quadrant, indicating retinal ischemia.
