Dinner last night was at #FlosV8Cafe at #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure . I had Winner’s Circle Chicken & Waffle: Crispy, golden-fried chicken and buttermilk waffle with whipped butter and maple syrup. I was disappointed that it wasn't real bone-in fried chicken since that's what I generally prefer with chicken and waffles, and Flo's used to have a really good fried chicken dish. The chicken was ok, but the waffle was really good. Is it too much to hope for them to bring back breakfast at Flo's?

The Veggie Tater Bake at Flo’s V8 Cafe was a fan favorite vegetarian dish with layers of vegetables, mashed potatoes, and cheddar cheese baked in a small skillet. It left the menu in 2026, but Disney released the recipe for home cooking. Current plant based options include the Impossible Burger and Fillmore’s Groovy Greens.

The husband had the lemon chiffon pie at #flosv8cafe last night . It's also available at other locations. He enjoyed it.
