@yourautisticlife I’ve never designed a flogger but I have heard those that do speak at length about all the choices that go into making them. It’s not just size. Various parameters for the grip. Material of the falls. Number and arrangement of the falls. And yes length of both the grip and falls.

The best thing I’d recommend is to find a good shop, or event with vendors, and TRY them to see how they feel as you throw them.
