European foreign ministers holding talks at a NATO summit in Sweden Friday scrambled to get clarity from US Secretary of State Marco Rubio over President Donald Trump’s decision to send 5,000 US troops to Poland, just weeks after he ordered 5,000 troops to be pulled out of Europe. Sweden's foreign minister said the shift was "confusing" and "not always easy to navigate".
