This is the first time I wore heels in the pole. It was just for the photo to be honest 😂. But it felt appropriate since I have bought my own pleaser heels recently and although I haven't had a lot of time to take heels classes, I am really enjoying it🥰

For those who are interested a bit more about the day of the competition:
This competition took place in a small theatre in Amsterdam. The atmosphere of the day was insane! It was far more international than I expected. So many amazing poledancers from all over the world that were excited to perform. I did so enjoy seeing all the effort everyone put into their piece, hair, costume and makeup. The audience was very warm and positive. Since I had never been at a PSO before I did watch a lot of performances and it was very motivating to see the joy people experienced when showing of their routine.🤩
I probably should have moved a bit more during the day, because I felt stiff and tense for all the nerves and sitting still for too long. But hey, we are here to learn😂

The only thing that bugged me a bit was the levels. There are some rules but not a lot. Which meant lots of people join a category too low for their skill level in my opinion. But overall a great day and a great experience🤗✨
