A ★★★★ review of Five Dolls for an August Moon (1970)

Hooptober X: 4/31 - 1 Mario Bava film This is so giallo that they are keeping the J&B on ice in a champagne bucket. 5 minutes into the film and we have a swinging score, excessive zooming, Edwige Fenech aggressively dancing, William "Banjo from Sabata Berger... The whole cast is introduced before we even get a word of dialog. Then we get crazy dialog at a party where EVERYBODY get a welcome knife. It's a giallo party!
