That’s not “overeating”, it’s your body asking for recovery fuel. 3️⃣ You’re sleeping deeper Muscle repair happens mostly at night. Better sleep = better gains. If you wake up rested, your body’s recovering properly. 4️⃣ Your shape is changing, even if weight isn’t Clothes start fitting differently, especially around glutes, arms, and legs.
