bueno, non estivo mal Marzo 

Creo que nin un só día me matei co esforzo, pero fun moi constante axudado un pouco polo tempo (a meteó), nordés incluído, e un pouco por comer un pouquiño mellor, que fai que te sintas máis lixeiro e activo. Unha cousa axuda á outra. Non levei golpes nin estiven malo.

O que non aparece é a ximnasia que fixen, por dúas razóns. A primeira é porque #fittrackee non ten ese tipo de actividade; a segunda é porque non fixen ximnasia 

Nada, que firmo facer o mesmo en Abril, e un pouco de ximnasia  . Apunteime a unha andaina de 50km, por facer algo e tal.

Zwar nur bei 7° Celsius, aber es wird immer grüner und der Frühling ist wohl nicht mehr aufzuhalten ☀️
