Anyone else received the email notification from FNB about their amended T's & C's "General terms, conditions and relationship agreement updates", which are supposedly "built on fairness, transparency, trust and accountability."

If you have not read them, FNB has the right, with or without notice, to hold you or your money to ransom, steal your money, and do as they see fit for any reason they decide, with or without a court order.
