This first edition UK hardback of China Mieville's Iron Council is in very good condition - perfect except for some discolouration and slight creasing on the spine (see photos).<br><br>Iron Council is the third book set in Mieville's Bas-Lag world and can be read independently of the others. It won the Locus and Clarke awards and was nominated for Hugo and World Fantasy awards, reflecting the impact Mieville's genre-defining weird fantasy style and complex, charged, political writing.
