Qué he hecho para usar un gimnasio:

1. Entrar, preguntar en el mostrador de la entrada si me podía apuntar. Me dieron un formulario de papel que rellené en mi casa.
2. Devolví el formulario.
3. Un trabajador del gimnasio me enseña por encima las instalaciones (enorme), el acceso, lo principal y la zona que yo iba a usar.
4. (no uso taquilla porque había llevado lo justo por si acaso)
5. Pregunto dónde se calienta y el cicerone me sienta en una bici estática.
6. Pasados 10 minutos me levanto y busco al instructor (como me había dicho el introductor).
7. Hacemos un cuestionario sobre estado de salud y objetivos.
8. Voy haciendo ejercicios en algunas máquinas y en suelo a medida que me los va indicando el instructor, hasta que dice "Fin por hoy".
9. Me he pirao. Una hora he estado.

Me ha dicho que me va a preparar una rutina. Ahí entendí por qué todos llegaban y se ponían a usar cosas sin preguntar ni nada.
