Here is a #JakeAndDinosChapman #etching in a lush ash frame with an English Walnut stain.
This maple π frame has cherry π dowels.
Dowels bring a kind of domino/dice feel to the corners.
This is an #etching by a South African artist. We framed it in narrow oak frame with a Jacobean stain.
The first frame this year was a tray frame for this painting by #SintaTantra made with tempera and #GoldLeaf
And the code for the frame moulding we used is 2024.
It must be a sign π€ Not sure what it's trying to tell me though.
This is a #Matisse #lithograph we framed with a linen covered mount.
It's a very pleasing shade of white, the linen we used.
Here's a black walnut frame we did recently with a 20th century modern feel to it.
We altered an existing moulding to create this bevelled tray, then darkened it with finishing oil.

This is a spectacularly bad artwork attachment for a #Japanese #Woodblock I bought.
I knew it would be attached something like this because the frame it came in was so cheap
For a print this size two small paper hinges are needed which will allow the artwork to expand if it needs to and attachments should always be adhered to the back, not the front. I'd also make the attachments using Japanese paper. Self adhesive tape shouldn't be used
