I've just seen that a paywalled, subscription access chemistry journal called 'Heterocycles' has gone kaput.

Not a great idea to launch something new that's NOT a joke, on 1st April.

Pleased that Yale is doing a Law Archive preprint server, BUT I note that Cornell tried doing LawArXiv with Center for Open Science and that didn't seem to last very long...
