While not a perfect film in any way, I still enjoy it. I like how it captures the X Files mood perfectly ( if you didn't know: it is based on an unproduced episode idea by some of the regular X Files writers) and how it is unapologetically a 2000s movie. The fashion, the soundtrack, the copious amount of hair gel, the who's who in Vancouver at the time...
The latest #FinalDestination film is quite good. I didn’t expect it to be such a clever and entertaining dark comedy.
The first 20 minutes were especially good; my favourite horror film intro of the last 5 yrs (since The Empty Man).
The franchise made us fear log trucks in the 2000s. This one will make us terrified of glass floors for decades to come.
