Nemo file manager: Make "Open in Terminal" work in Ubuntu 26.04 with ptyxis

"Open in Terminal" in Nemo does nothing because it is set to use xfce4-terminal which is not installed. I found out that the terminal to use can be changed with: gsettings set org.cinnamon.

File manager: Directory Opus 5.100

The open-source file manager Directory Opus 5 is being further developed by @midwan . With versions 5.99 and 5.100, two more updates have been released within a few days.
