Today, on World Ovarian Cancer Day 2026, we unite to raise awareness about ovarian cancer — a silent threat affecting thousands of women globally. With ovarian cancer being the 3rd most common gynecological cancer and a leading cause of death, early detection is crucial. Unfortunately, only about 20% of cases are diagnosed early, often because symptoms are subtle or mistaken for other conditions.

This year's theme, “No Woman Left Behind,” calls for global action to ensure every woman—especially those in underserved regions—has access to education, screening, and treatment. Let’s empower women to recognize symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, and sudden urge to urinate, and encourage early medical consultation.

Together, we can push for better research, funding, and healthcare access worldwide. Your voice matters — share this message and help save lives.

Unsere engagierten Mitglieder und Freiwilligen arbeiten unermüdlich daran, das Bewusstsein für Krebsprävention zu schärfen und die Gesellschaft zu mobilisieren.

Gemeinsam glauben wir daran, dass wir die Welt für zukünftige Generationen verbessern können.
