After listening to several #LordOfTheRings lore videos, I wanted to try to paint my own #Balrog-like creature.

Still #WorkInProgress, but so far I'm quite satisfied with the #fire effects I created in #deviantART's #mur using the #DrPepper drawing tool and its blending tool, combined with the smoke tool for the fire whips.

Image marked as sensitive because of demonic imagery, as I assume some might not want that in their timelines?

Some more playing with #colours in #deviantART's #Muro drawing tool.
Just some satisfying cacophotos of colours, inked over the canvas with the 'smoke' tool, and then smeared out with the 'blending' tool.

It's very #abstract and I don't really have any idea or intentional structure behind it; just mindless playing with strokes and tones, while trying to clear my mind.

Data Streams - Work in progress abstract graphics

Work in progress export of an #abstract piece I've been working on in #deviantART's #muro since this evening.

Started with just random #webink patterns in a broad spectrum of colours, and then smearing them in different directions, blending and trying to find satisfying patterns and colour combinations as I go.

It's turning out a lot more #pastel than I'd originally set out, but so far it's been quite pleasing. :)
