These days you'll be told to use pen on an old fashioned paper calendar to track your period.

This is a bad idea coz anyone who enters your house has access to your calendar. Your data is no longer private.

As for apps that say "we won't share your data" - they don't have a choice WHEN the government asks.

"Trust us" is NOT good enough!
