Made Cuban lime sugar cookies for a get-together with friends Saturday ^^ if they look green, that's cause they are -- like zest! Rich and delicious, and I put a little dot of guava paste in the center of each.
Made these chocolate pastry things on a whim. I made vanilla bean pastry cream to go with but didn't really make the right kind of thing to easily fill. Gonna just split and fill like layers I think.
Strawberry cake from last night! I make this every year for @mathias and I for Valentine's now. Cake is colored and flavored solely by really strawberries cooked down, and the frosting is solely colored and flavored with freeze-dried strawberries ^^
Baked a lovely cream cheese tart with fresh kiwi and blueberries for @toby.nookpup.gay's birthday party ^^ first time making a tart! Was lovely with a shortbread-like crust. Glazed with thinned apricot jam. ^^
Since I was stuck here I baked a cheesecake for my parents -- triple-ginger snaps with some cinnamon for the crust of a vanilla-espresso zebra cheesecake. It was lovely. 
Made melomakarona, Greek Christmas cookies, yesterday to take to the family dinner -- gluten-free at that! Rather than top with honey I reduced the soaking syrup to honey consistency once at room temp and gently drizzled that over them. ^^
Presenting my #KitchenGladiators submission for the month of "laminated": cardamom brioche buns! These were a lot of fun, challenging because never done laminated but King Arthur's recipe made it easy to follow! Would definitely make these again!
