Dit werk staat tentoon tijdens de expositie 'Vogelperspectief' van Kunstcollectief Gelderse Poort, samen met het werk van 49 andere kunstenaars. Het heeft daar de titel Vogelvrij.
Want vrijheid is wat we vaak associëren met vogels. Maar wat mij fascineert is hun kwetsbaarheid. Het werk laat de toeschouwer nadenken over zijn verhouding tot de vogel en de hoe de vogel die ervaart.
