Nicht mal auf Jim Jarmusch ist mehr Verlass. Erst enttäuscht mich Richard Linklater gleich doppelt, und jetzt Jarmusch. #FatherMotherSisterBrother ist unfassbar langweilig.

Das muss man erst mal hinkriegen, so hochkarätigen Leuten wie Cate Blanchett, Adam Driver und Charlotte Rampling einfach nichts zum Spielen zu bieten. Hab ernsthaft „Gott sei Dank“ geflüstert, als klar wurde, dass „Sister“ und „Brother“ ein Segment sind und nicht zwei.

Triptyque intergénérationnel sur des membres de famille ayant du mal à communiquer à mesure que le temps passe et que les liens se délitent. L’amour et la nostalgie se mélangent au sentiment de mélancolie et de perte. Une narration douce amère mais avec humour. Casting remarquable.
