Hey #emergencymedicine peeps: if a patient/family asks you to mask up, MASK THE FUCK UP! Patients: if you ask ER staff to mask up because you or your family are immunocompromised/on chemo/etc., and staff is rude about it, absolutely report that shit to the patient advocate. Sincerely, your grumpy neighborhood doc who chewed out half an ER this morning.
