Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right Episode 1 Impressions

This is adorable, and pretty funny. Ishikawa is just too cute.

I didn't laugh out loud, but I was chuckling constantly and just smiling a lot while watching it.

I love shows like this. Always feel like I can just relax and enjoy, while turning my brain off.

Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle Episode 1 Impressions

The show looks great, and the character designs pop. But the MC is kind of boring me, and monologues too much like I'm reading the light novel instead of watching the anime.

This show feels like it's trying to hard to be deep for an episode 1. Which is not working for me when the MC feels like such a Chad. I did laugh when he got called a manslut.

I'll be honest, I was ready to drop this at episode 1, but intrigued by the ending of the episode... And I don't mean the tourism promo at the end.

Dusk Beyond the End of the World Episode 0 Impressions

Yeah not feeling the portrayal of AI here. Not saying I dislike anime with AI and androids, but damn did this first episode feel like some propaganda.

I don't know how the main series will go, but I'm passing on this one.

My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's Episode 1 Impressions

I've read the light novels, so I've been looking forward to this series.

I got to say I was surprised by how visually striking this show is for an isekai adaptation. It looks really damn good from the characters to the backgrounds.

Episode 1 is a good setup for the MC and that something more is going on in the kingdom his class gets sent to. I look forward to seeing how this adaptation progresses. Definitely watching weekly.

A Mangaka's Weirdly Wonderful Workplace Episode 1 Impressions

Ended up tossing episode 1 of this on by chance, and I'm a bit conflicted. The show jumps back and forth between cute interactions with the characters to downright frustrating moments, especially with Futami.

The show spends way too much time on Futami's delusions and anxiety at times. The show manages to get the point across, then proceeds to ram it down our throats just in case we didn't get it.

I'll probably check out another episode or 2 because I do genuinely like the characters overall.
