I'm thinking of making an effort to rewatch a bunch of the shows I liked from Fall 2023 last year.

That is now the singe season of Anime I've completed the most Anime from. So like my past fiction on all of 2017 I may be uniquely qualified to revisit this season and see how well it's show hold up once Recencey Bias has dissipated.

Frieren is the one's durability is considered indisputable right now. And I'm not inclined to say it won't age well. But it's amusing how when I think about rewatching it part of me wants to skip right o the Exam Arc, which is technically not Fall 2023 anymore.

Continuing with the strange start to #FallAnime2023, there’s also two episodes of #dekobokomajonooyakojijou aka The Family Circumstances of the Irregular Witch. I suspect that the original material was a #YonKoma or four panel manga, it has the short scenes and attempted (sometimes successfully) comedic timings of such. Very fanservice heavy though, Viola (the daughter) is, ah, very perky and bouncy… Alyssa (the mother)… not so much.

It feels like #TheGeneOfAI should have another episode after that but the #SummerAnime2023 season is about to switch over (this week) to #FallAnime2023 season so I’m not sure if we’ll just be left with that. Risa-chan still deserves better than THAT.
