Vernon Sewell's Spin a Dark Web (1956), a fine example of the excellent mystery thriller B-movies the British film industry produced in such abundance from the late 40s up to the beginning of the 60s.
This one has a definite film noir feel.
A telecommunications whizz-kid becomes involved with gangsters

Cult of the Cobra. A 1955 Universal horror shocker with a promising premise - a group of American GIs in Asia discover that a snake can be transformed into a woman, or a woman can be transformed into a snake.
The result is a very enjoyable B-movie. Stars Faith Domergue, and she has the right kind of slightly exotic beauty and the necessary mysterious quality.
