Not the turrets and chimneys of a fairytale castle peeking above the trees in a remote Scottish woodland, but the James Watt North Building, originally home to the Engineering Department of Glasgow University, as seen from the nearby Kelvin Way. Designed in a Scots Baronial style by J.J. Burnet with J. Oldrid Scott, it was built in the early 1900s.
