A flash fiction story written by me:

The leprechaun bent over the fine fairy boot. Repairing them was always ticklish - the sidhe imbued their footwear with such strange spells, and didn't care how much they wore them out with dancing. Hard to repair without shredding the enchantment, but was there a better way to earn a pot of gold?

In Greek myth, Pegasus—born of Medusa's blood & Poseidon's might—leaps skyward, wings beating against the night.
He soars among the stars, hooves striking sparks of lightning, forever etched as the great winged constellation. ✨
A guardian of heavens, thundering through eternity. #Pegasus 🐴 #Skylore

I am Selene, goddess of the Moon. At the beginning of time, I went to war. My curved horns flashed against the giants and the monsters who sought to devour the gods. Few remember. I remember. All my wounds remind me. The scars and craters that forever mark the face of the moon. #FairyTaleFlash

Flash fiction by me about the Greek moon goddess Selene:

"I am Selene, goddess of the Moon, sister to the Sun and Dawn. At the beginning of time, I went to war. My curved horns flashed against the giants and the monsters who sought to devour the gods. Few remember. I remember. All my wounds remind me. The scars and craters that forever mark the face of the moon."

After the Welsh goddess Modron's newborn son Mabon was stolen from his crib, it was centuries before she had the courage to give birth to another. We, the 300 Ravens of Kenverchyn, stand guard as Owain slumbers in his crib. We will always watch him. We will never leave him.

🌿🪦🌿"Folklore claimed that churchyard yews would stretch a root to the mouth of each corpse, making a hidden green-man of every buried body. Their essence would be drawn in with the sap. The tree would remember them." 📖Deeper Older Darker #FairyTaleTuesday #thicktrunktuesday #FairyTaleFlash
