Na ja wie schon erwähnt Apple funktioniert wirklich gut aber mein Herz und der Verstand sagt Linux und Opensource sowie Fairphone mit e/os sind die besseren Systeme.
den es sind meine Daten und vor allem meine Metadaten. Aber vor allem ist es ein viel besseres Gefühl zumindest für mich ein Stück weniger von der Amerikanschen willkür abhängig zu sein.

Interesting find on F-Droid: I was able to install it on my Fairphone 3+ running the latest /e/OS. So far I just triggered it as a regular app. If I get it right, this works as a launcher. While I have not figured out – for lack of The Switch on any FP other than the FP6 – any specific gesture inside the app to go back to the default launcher, just choosing an app (e.g. Camera) in Fairphone Moments takes you to that app (as intended) and then allows to return to the default launcher as usual...

Was am #Fairphone4 so richtig nervt, ist die unverschämt kurze Akkulaufzeit. Der Akku ist neu, es laufen quasi keine Apps im Hintergrund, geschweige denn unnötige, das Ding ist ein riesen Brocken, hat also Platz für den allergrössten Akku und ist trotzdem nach n paar Stunden Leerlauf leer.

When the company retracted FP4.QREL.15.15.2 just before 🎄christmas, this also meant some improvements it included were withheld from the following 15.14.4 release.
